The above unit is a finned tube replacement for a failed bare copper tube oil cooler. The new coil has 90/10 Cu/Ni tube material and extruded aluminum fins. The Coil was installed on the end user's steel mounting plate. The original coil was sent to HEXECO, Inc. for measurement of existing dimensions.
This finned tube oil cooler replaced an existing bare tube coil design resulting in improved thermal performance.
